Molly Malone Wheel Barrel Wood and Fabric Handmade Sculpture Vintage

Description

Molly Malone Figure wheeling a wooden wheel barrel with 2 little wooden crates with shells. The crates have rope handles.  Cockles and Mussels. The shells are not the correct species, but they are shells.. Molly is a doll figure wearing  red felt hat with flowers, traditional black knit shawl, and all the clothing of that era. Really quite remarkable. She is about 9 inches high, and the sculptures base is scored to look like cobblestones and is  about 7 1/2 x 4 1/2 inches. Very special and unique. Vintage
