Vintage Mid Century Aries Ram Statue MCM Austin Productions 1970 Art Sculpture

Here's an Austin Productions C. 1970's Large Aries Ram statue made of heavy plaster. It measures 17" long and 16" tall. It's in fabulous condition for it's age. The only flaw I find is a tight crack on the underside of one leg, it might be a factory flaw, it does not extend up where it can be seen when it is displayed and appears to be completely stable. It may be a factory mold flaw that was swiped over when it was removed. Due to the textured nature of the body, there are some tiny mold air pops here and there on the surface, this would be normal for this type of plaster ware and is from the factory this way. It is signed and dated. This is a fabulous mid century large statement piece and displays well on a table, floor or on the hearth. Shipping won't be cheap , well packaged and double boxed.
