Vintage SHABBY CHIC Black Americana Bust Gypsy Fortune Teller Plaster Chalkware

She is fantastic! For auction today we have this vintage plaster or perhaps chalkware 16 in tall and 9 and 1/2 in wide bust of an African American woman who looks like she may be a gypsy or fortune teller. She has hoop earrings and a very, very interesting necklace made of all Crescent moons she wears a large red ruffled bonnet and stares at you relentlessly. Her eyes just look through you. This is what I would call a Shabby Chic piece as there is substantial paint loss throughout as shown. We personally love the way it displays. The sculpture may be hollow, we are not sure but the weight is 5.14 lb. You experts out there surely will know what we have here, and hopefully you will appreciate her as much as we do.
